Who We Are

Competent, caring and concerned. These are the qualities you are looking for in a lawyer. We strive to live up to those qualities. We will give you an honest assessment of your legal matter and pursue it with diligence. We know that legal cases often worry clients. That is why we always try to return calls promptly and explain ourselves in understandable language.

A few minutes of our time can save you hours and days of anxiety. An initial personal injury consultation is free and usually handled on a percentage basis afterwards. If you are calling from a hospital or are disabled at home, we will be glad to visit with you. All calls during business hours come in to a real live receptionist. No phone menus, no waiting on hold.

We check phone messages and emails frequently. We are a modern up-to-date law firm with old fashioned values of hard work, compassion and courtesy, mixed in with a good dose of common sense.

We know that contacting a lawyer, especially for the first time, may be a bit intimidating and something you had never intended to do. Not to worry. You will be treated with courtesy and respect. No question is too silly to answer. Please click on any of the icons listed below to learn about the particular areas of law we handle and how we might help you. This information will guide you in what you might wish to ask over the phone and what you will need to bring to your first appointment.
