ABOUT MARIN & GREGORY
Marin & Gregory is comprised of Bayard Marin, Daulton Gregory, as well as several legal assistants. The office is located in Wilmington, Delaware, in the historic Quaker Hill area. Bayard Marin founded the firm in 1988 to assist clients in handling legal matters in the areas of personal injury (including automobile accidents), worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, product liability, historic preservation, and slip and fall cases. Bayard Marin is available to come to hospitals and homes for serious injuries and for the elderly.

Civic Activities
Daulton has worked with the Christiana School district since 2015. He taught in the special education classroom at Shue-Medill Middle School and is currently a site lead at George V. Kirk Middle School. Voted in as a board member for the Wilmington Police Foundation

Karen DeCrease
Legal Assistant
Very privileged to have Karen Decrease on our staff. She is one of the finest personal injury paralegals in Wilmington. I got to know Karen initially when she was a student in my personal injury class in the paralegal program
Peg Tucker
File Clerk
We are pleased to have Peg Tucker working for us as a file clerk. Peg worked for du Pont for several years as a secretary and also has a considerable background working in preschools. Later in life, and she went back to college and completed a BA in English at the University of Delaware.
Ashley Hahn
Ashley Hahn is a current Senior at the University of Delaware. She was the member of the color guard her Freshmen year and joined the rowing team her sophomore year in college. She is a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology
