Camp Lejeune Water Contamination

Attorney Marin was a former JAG marine officer and attorney Gregory worked with the Delaware Law School Veterans clinic for two semesters before graduating with honors.

Our firm's goal is to give back to veterans who served. You may have seen the Camp Lejeune water contamination health issues in the news recently. If you believe you or a loved one were affected by the water at Camp Lejeune we may be able to help. There are a few factors you will need to prove in order to have a successful claim but we can go over those things during our free consultation.

The first factor is you or a loved one would have to been at Camp Lejeune for 30 consecutive days from August 1953 until December 1987.

The second factor is you could not have been dishonorably discharged when you were separated from service.

Lastly, you will have to have one of the qualifying conditions. Although this may not be a complete list, some of the presumptive conditions include:

  • Adult leukemia

  • Aplastic anemia and other myelodysplastic syndromes

  • Bladder cancer

  • Kidney cancer

  • Liver cancer

  • Multiple myeloma

  • Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma

  • Parkinson’s disease

If you believe you qualify, you can set up a free consultation today. We can discuss your case over the phone or in person.
