I am pleased to announce that recently our firm won a significant decision before the Delaware Supreme Court in the case of USAA v. Brown.
This case is an important victory for passengers injured in automobile accidents. It allows the passenger to make a claim both against the liability coverage and underinsured motorist coverage of the driver.
Insurance companies have been fighting this issue in the lower courts, and now we have a decisive Supreme Court decision.
