Bayard Marin has over 25 years experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution. There are basically two types of Alternative Dispute Resolution. The first is arbitration where each side presents its case to an arbitrator who makes a decision. The second form of Alternative Dispute Resolution is mediation in which the mediator tries to bring both sides together to arrive at a settlement of a case. Bayard Marin has served as an arbitrator in well over 100 cases and has been involved in numerous mediations. |
